Chipbond Technology Malaysia is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to maintain and optimize the company's LAN, WAN, and wireless networks in Penang. The role requires hands-on experience with core protocols and security design to ensure stable operations.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls. Strong communication in Mandarin and English is essential for Taiwan liaison and internal coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience working as Network Engineer.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and DHCP and their operating principles.
• Knowledgeable about network security technologies; able to design and implement security solutions.
• Familiar with common network management and performance analysis tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.

• 2. Monitor network performance; analyze and resolve network bottlenecks or anomalies to ensure stable network operation.
• 3. Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• 4. Conduct regular network performance tests to meet the business requirements.

Job Requirements:

• 1) Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering, with at least 2 years of experiences working as Network Engineer.
• 2) Familiar with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as their operating principles.
• 3. Knowledgeable about network security technologies; capable of designing and implementing network security
• 4. Familiar with common network management and performance analysis tools, such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.
• 5) Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English (need to deal with Taiwan counterparts)
