Job summary

Sangfor Technologies Malaysia is seeking a technical engineer to provide onsite and remote support, implement and integrate networking and security solutions, and train partners and customers. The role requires 2+ years in a related field, Linux administration, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory for communication with diverse clients and teams. The candidate will install devices, manage incidents, and escalate issues to R&D as needed while producing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as technical engineer, system integrator or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of networking (routing, switching, TCP/IP, etc).
• Knowledge and experience in security solutions such as Firewall/IPS/UTM/Bandwidth Management/Endpoint Secure
• Knowledge in Linux based operating system (installation, configuration, administration)
• Knowledge in on-premise virtualization/hyper-converged.
• Candidate with network and/or security certification (CCNA/CCNP/Mikrotik/NSE/CEH/etc) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skill
• Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin (Chinese) and English are mandatory

Responsibilities

• Onsite and remote technical support for customers to resolve issue in POC or after sales inquiries
• Track, maintain and resolve incident as well as provide the report to the customer
• Perform device installation and integration into customer environment
• Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers
• Escalation to RND to resolve product issue
• Create technical documentation for project and/or internal knowledge base
