Job summary

Kagina Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic, independent IT Networking Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex on-premises, hybrid, and cloud networks. You will mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision making within the Network Operations Team, reporting to the Director IT Operations.

You should bring deep Cisco, Palo Alto, and SD-WAN expertise, strong security focus, and experience across LAN/WAN, data center, and campus networks. This role is based in Ipoh, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional networking infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, VLAN, and data center networks.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises network architectures.
• CCIE qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and enforce network and security standards.
• Design enterprise LAN, data center, and campus networks.
• Implement and monitor SD-WAN, firewall policies, and security controls.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with SMEs and senior engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture requirements for projects.
• Monitor network performance and capacity planning.
