Job summary

Infinity 8 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a bilingual Documentation and Translation Coordinator to manage and maintain project docs, translating between Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and acting as a bridge between Chinese counterparts and local teams.

You will coordinate submissions, approvals and information flow among internal departments and external partners, ensuring confidentiality and version control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree; 2–3 years' relevant experience preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
• Experience in translation, document control, project coordination or admin support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including filing, tracking, updating and distributing records for proper document control.
• Translate project-related documents between Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Act as a communication bridge between China counterparts project managers and local employees for day-to-day coordination.
