Job summary

Zeekr International in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Trilingual Translation & Business Support Specialist (Chinese / Malay / English) to enable smooth cross-border collaboration. You will handle written translation, on-site interpretation, and live business communication for headquarters and the local team.

The role includes translating official documents, updating a Malay terminology database, content localization, and assisting with daily regional coordination and market research.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise, rigorous and unambiguous trilingual support covering written translation, on-site interpretation and live business communication to guarantee barrier-free cross-border collaboration.
• Translate official documents including product materials, SOPs, and corporate paperwork; complete translation, proofreading, polishing and archiving on schedule.
• Provide consecutive interpretation for online/offline meetings, business negotiations and client visits with local partners, clients and overseas teams; accurately convey demands in real time.
• Assist with daily business coordination for Malaysia region, including overseas information verification, correspondence reply and localized content adaptation; support overseas market research and policy interpretation.
• Translate and refine localized content such as internal training materials, product documents and promotional assets to align with local language habits and industry standards.
• Build and update a Malay professional vocabulary and industry terminology database, optimize translation standards, and support review to improve quality.
• Fulfill other cross-border translation and overseas business administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
