Job summary

CB International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Customer Service Executive to manage, process and oversee daily orders and operations, including inventory management and cross-functional liaison. You will liaise with customers and vendors, provide support, and perform monthly sales audits.

The role requires bilingual communication, at least 1 year in operations sales, and strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.

Experience in Customer Service & Operations Management with a focus on workflow optimization.
Minimum 1 year in Operations Sales experience.

Responsibilities

Manage, process and oversee daily orders and operations.
Keep track of inventory and ensure sufficient inventories.
Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
Provide support and problem-solve role to customers.
Perform monthly sales audits to ensure accurate data entries.
Send in daily sales and inventory reports.
Attend regular virtual meetings to sync and update on daily updates and recoveries.
Attend training or events to continuously improve and optimise workplace and business.
Work on rotational shifts (10am – 10pm) Monday to Sunday inclusive.
