Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a multilingual Order Administrator to handle customer orders from start to finish. You will communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve discrepancies, and maintain precise records in the ERP system.

The role requires fluency in English and at least one of Japanese, Korean, Italian, Polish, Spanish or German, along with strong organizational skills and knowledge of accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one of: Japanese, Korean, Italian, Polish, Spanish or German, plus English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with accounting or finance processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using order management or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams regarding order status and updates.
• Resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies and complaints, in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions in the system.
• Coordinate with the accounting and finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment tracking.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline the order management process.
• Utilize language proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order process.
