Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries related to marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and compile feedback reports.
• Assist in development and execution of customer retention programmes.
• Support the organisation of marketing events, campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and database management.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and work toward amicable resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
• Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sentiment analysis and recommendations.
