Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee operations across three stores, driving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service through strong leadership.

You will coach Stylists, implement store plans, manage promotions, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines while controlling security and inventory risks. The role requires 5+ years in store management, SPM or Diploma, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and readiness to work retail

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or Diploma with at least 5 years' experience in a store management role.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong leadership and initiative.

Responsibilities

Oversee retail operations across at least three stores.
Drive sales targets and monitor KPIs and sell-through information.
Coach Stylists and ensure knowledge of products and effective customer guidance.
Deliver excellent customer service with strong store presence and leadership.
Organize promotions/events and develop monthly/seasonal store plans.
Control security risks and report risks to HQ or authorities as needed.
Brief team daily to align with weekly/monthly KPIs.
Ensure adherence to Store Operational and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
