Job summary

Mangoo Alliance Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage and monitor daily activities across multiple Mangoo outlets. You will visit stores, perform audits and help ensure SOPs, product quality, hygiene and service standards are consistently met.

You will support Store Managers and frontline staff with training and resolve operational issues, liaise with Licensees and Franchisees, assist with new openings and pre-opening prep, monitor sales and inventory, identify gaps

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in F&B, retail, beverage or chain operations preferred.
• Franchise / Licensee experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive and willing to travel between outlets.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
