Job summary

MOMOYO Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to oversee daily store operations across assigned regions in Johor. The role involves frequent store visits, ensuring SOP and brand standards, and supporting both company-owned and franchise stores.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in Retail/F&B operations, excellent communication, and the ability to travel regularly for onsite support. Own transport and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail, F&B, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Retail, F&B, Operations, or Multi-Outlet Management.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel frequently for store visits and operational support.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits and monitor daily store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and brand requirements.
• Support company-owned and franchise stores in operational matters.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate store opening, renovation, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Monitor merchandising standards, product displays, and overall store presentation.
• Provide operational coaching and support to store teams.
• Prepare operational reports and follow up on action plans.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
