Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an capable Outlet Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple kiosks across Sepang, Taiping, and Alor Setar. You will lead outlet staff, ensure SOPs and service standards, and drive sales performance.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between locations. A 2+ years in retail, F&B or multi-outlet management is preferred, with own transport and valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, F&B or multi-outlet management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff independently and take ownership.
• Sales and target driven.
• Comfortable travelling between Sepang, Taiping and Alor Setar.
• Possess own transport and valid driving licence.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple kiosks across Sepang, Taiping and Alor Setar.
• Lead, schedule and monitor outlet staff.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
• Manage stock ordering, stock levels and stock accuracy.
• Ensure SOP, cleanliness and service standards are followed.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and solve operational issues.
• Prepare basic sales, stock and staff reports.
• Provide updates and recommendations to management.
