Job summary

Oasis Swiss in Malaysia is hiring an Area Manager - Retail Operations to oversee multiple stores and drive operational excellence. You will lead new store openings, coordinate with mall management, recruit staff, and ensure timely launches across the region.

You will develop promotional strategies, manage daily store operations, hit sales targets, maintain inventory and visual merchandising, coach teams, and uphold customer experience while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably multiple outlets.
• Mandatory experience opening new stores/kiosks and dealing with mall management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales-driven with business acumen.
• Willing to travel between outlets; weekend/public holidays work.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager - Retail Operations to oversee multiple retail outlets and drive operational excellence across our stores.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage new store / kiosk openings, including store setup, recruitment of retail staff, arrange for business license and coordination with shopping mall management, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely store launches in timely manner.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual promotional strategies to drive retail performance and revenue growth.

Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned region.

Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved across all stores

Monitor store performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards

Lead, coach, and develop retail teams

Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience

Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational strategies

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve results

Stores/ kiosk recruitment and termination

Any ah-hoc assignment from time to time.

Min Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably managing multiple outlets

Mandatory experience in opening new retail stores or kiosks and dealing with shopping mall management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Sales-driven with strong business acumen

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel between outlets

Able to work weekend and Public Holidays
