Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff scheduling and development, and work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.

The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, maintaining cost controls, and upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across the outlet.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in restaurant/F&B operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales and cost control.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and able to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operations and ensure smooth daily service.
• Lead, schedule, train and develop the outlet team.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer feedback.
• Drive sales and monitor revenue performance against targets.
• Monitor labour costs, expenses and inventory to control costs.
• Maintain high food, beverage and service standards; ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Support promotions and marketing activities to boost customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Beverage and other departments for smooth operations.
