Job summary

PB Realty Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Payroll professional to manage the full payroll cycle for multiple entities in Malaysia.

You will ensure accurate, timely processing, handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and oversee foreign worker payroll to stay compliant with company policies and laws. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin or related field, at least 3 years of payroll experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Handle full set of payroll for multiple companies.
• Prepare and submit statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN) and other requirements.
• Monitor foreign workers' payroll for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee enquiries.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of payroll processing for multiple companies.
• Prepare payroll reports and HR-related documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities on payroll and statutory matters when necessary.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Department Head.
