Job summary

Cheerful Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to oversee the day-to-day backend operations across our multi-brand marketplace stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify). You will process orders, manage listings, coordinate campaigns, and track sales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience managing backend seller portals.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, formulas, data entry).
• Familiarity with marketplace campaign mechanics (vouchers, deals, flash sales).
• Strong attention to detail across multi-brand, multi-SKU portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily active status across all brand stores and channels.
• Process orders daily: generate picklists, verify details, coordinate with fulfillment.
• Handle returns and refunds end-to-end per policy.
• Audit catalogs for titles, descriptions, specs, images, and videos.
• Coordinate with Marketing to update assets and product info.
• Set up campaigns: banners, discounts, and vouchers across channels.
• Record daily sales data and maintain reporting formats for teams.
• Adjust figures for returns/cancellations; reconcile weekly for reviews.
• Provide peak-period operational support including pick-and-pack tasks.
