Job summary

Dage International (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Assistant to support daily operations, coordinate campaigns and manage affiliate creators across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and more.

You will oversee livestreams, optimize listings, and assist in video content creation to boost product visibility. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related fields, are detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Affiliate & Creator Management: matchmaking with affiliate creators to drive sales and engagement
• Livestream Operations: oversee daily livestreams and ensure content alignment
• Campaign & Promotion Planning: plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions and events
• Sales & Performance Reporting: monitor metrics and prepare sales reports
• Pricing Review & Optimization: review pricing strategies for competitiveness
• Competitor & Market Research: track competitors and market trends
• E-commerce & Marketing Execution: support daily e-commerce operations across platforms
• Product Listing Management: upload, update and optimize listings for accuracy and brand consistency
• Content Support: assist in video production, editing and visual content creation
