Job summary

AnyMind Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior E-Commerce Operations Executive to drive day-to-day operations of clients’ flagship stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. You will manage catalog, campaigns, pricing, stock allocations, and performance analytics to deliver a seamless brand experience.

You’ll collaborate with Brand Owners and Marketing teams to translate strategic promotions into flawless execution, optimize data, and prevent overselling while maintaining strong store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–3+ years of proven e-commerce platform management or agency experience.
• Deep expertise in Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop with analytics focus.
• Strong English communication and client-facing stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end setup and launch of flagship stores across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop.
• Oversee catalog management, SEO, and content optimization for search visibility and conversions.
• Configure campaigns, pricing, stock allocations, and promotions in Seller Centers.
• Monitor store health, SLAs, and metrics (LSR, NFR, Chat Response Rate) to prevent penalties.
• Coordinate cross-channel stock allocation and data syncing with warehouses to prevent overselling.
• Analyze traffic, conversion funnels, and fulfillment efficiency to optimize growth.
• Troubleshoot backend issues with KAMs and support teams; resolve delistings and glitches.
• Collaborate with Brand Owners and Marketing to translate promos into flawless execution.
