• Implement and manage sub-vendor/supplier program with optimum satisfaction and negotiation support.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews of sub-vendors against SLA.
• Oversee day-to-day requisition processes and prioritise orders.
• Provide customer service and liaison between client and suppliers for order fulfillment.
• Hold regular client meetings to foster PMO relationship and report performance.
• Select, hire and train program staff including performance evaluation and retention.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and manage expectations of client, suppliers and internal teams.
• Generate and manage reports per client requirements and timelines.

The Program Manager is responsible for overall management of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for an assigned client. This includes managing the sub vendor / supplier program and its population and its day-to-day operations (implementing and managing the requisition / submittal process and overseeing job placement, sub vendor selection and contract negotiations, day-to-day troubleshooting and problem resolution, managing the on-going relationships and communication, performing periodic benchmarking of the sub vendor population, etc.).

Key responsibilities

Establish and develop manager relationships within assigned program and expand existing manager relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and profitability of each contractor/subcontractor placement or conversion

Fulfill client service through frequent interaction with client managers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential business development opportunities

Implement and manage sub-vendor / supplier program for assigned clients, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and proper selection and solid negotiations in the sub-vendor and supplier contracting process

Plan, organize and conduct quarterly performance reviews of the sub-vendors to monitor their performance to TAPFIN service level agreements

Manage the day-to-day operations which includes implementation and management of the requisition process for assigned client, prioritization of orders and requisitions

Provide excellent customer service and act as the liaison between the client and suppliers to successfully manage order fulfillment

Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the client to foster the client/PMO relationship and present information regarding the performance of the program

Select, hire and train staff personnel for the Program, including performance evaluation, recruitment and retention

Ensure resolution to day-to-day issues within their respective program and manage expectations from client, supplier, and internal resources

Run and manage required reports based on client stakeholder needs on agreed timeline and frequency

About you

Minimum 5 years working experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or related field

Highly proficient in written and verbal English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to work independently, meticulous, matured and detailed in approach to work and assignments

Able to effectively function under pressure in meeting deliverables and deadlines

Strong analytical skills with an analytical, enquiring mindset to challenge the status quo

Good problem solving skills application to cross functional stakeholders

Able to participate in global meetings and occasional evening calls due to time zone differences

We are specialised in Construction as well where we have been attached to PLUS Highway Maintanence works for the past 14 years.

Our staffs are very diverse in which we do not require any specific language speaking employeee. Our Main office is located in Klang, Selangor and there are 2 other branch located in East Coast Malaysia.

The work hours are standardised for all of our staffs and any extra works will be paid accordingly to Malaysian Labour Law. Our Company has maintained a very reputable status within the MOF, EPF, SOCSO, CIDB, MPK & PLUS.

All of our staff are covered with Public Liability Insurance once they are confirmed after serving required probation period. EPF & SOCSO payment will be deducted according to monthly wage without failure.

NIOSH, EOSP & SAFETY PASS are all compulsary and it will be updated and renewed accordingly. Safety is our priority.

We have grown substantially over the years and put in our experience and expertise into becoming a well established contractor.
