Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for a client, including managing sub-vendors, requisitions, and day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on optimizing performance, relationships, and profitability across contractor placements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in MSP or related field, strong English, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in MSP or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Capable of operating under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability across stakeholders.
• Able to participate in global meetings and late calls due to time zones.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop manager relationships to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Interact with client managers to ensure satisfaction and identify business growth opportunities.
• Implement and manage sub-vendor/supplier program with optimum satisfaction and negotiation support.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews of sub-vendors against SLA.
• Oversee day-to-day requisition processes and prioritise orders.
• Provide customer service and liaison between client and suppliers for order fulfillment.
• Hold regular client meetings to foster PMO relationship and report performance.
• Select, hire and train program staff including performance evaluation and retention.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and manage expectations of client, suppliers and internal teams.
• Generate and manage reports per client requirements and timelines.
