Job summary

iCrest Sdn.Bhd. is a MSC Status company in Malaysia, focused on IT Staffing Services and IT Consulting. This role supports payroll, time & attendance implementations and multi-disciplinary programmes across diverse teams.

We collaborate with clients in Insurance, Banking, Government, Manufacturing and Telecom sectors to deliver staffing solutions, talent development and outsourcing models for long-term engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager across a multi-disciplinary programme.
• Proven interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience across multi-disciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Experience managing financial and operational controls within project boundaries.
• Vendor management experience.

Job description

Business Domain Knowledge
(IFRS17, MFRS9, Life/ General Insurance Product knowledge, Credit Risk Assessment, Stress Testing, Wealth Product, etc)

• >>>1. Malaysia Payroll and Time & Attendance process
• 2. Knowledge of SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors) would be helpful
• 3. Deep understanding of change disciplines (e.g., Agile), transformation management and risk management
• 4. Sound knowledge of LEAN and experience in leading change and re-engineering processes on a global scale

Functional Skills Sets (Agile , Design thinking Workshop Facilitation, Business Discovery, Current State Assessment, IT Asssessment)

• Proven experience of delivering Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects
• Proven experience in operating in a Project Manager role across a multi-discipline programme
• Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-culturally diverse work environments
• Proven experience of managing financial and operational controls within Project boundaries
• Vendor management experience.

Technical Skill Sets ((e.g. SQL programming, R, Python, SAS Modeling, Machine Learning, UIUX Design, BI Dashboarding, etc.))
