Responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years of program/project engagement management experience with an overall experience of 10+ years
• Managing outcome led technical programs and technical activities in accordance with the agreed project scope
• Developing a budge and operating plan for the program
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Managing a technical delivery team for an outcome-based engagement
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Risk management and program status reporting throughout the program life cycle
• Project management professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, etc are preferred
• Knowledge and experience in technical and managerial aspects of data engineering including Agile, DevOps & Waterfall methodologies
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
