Qualifications

• 1–4 years of MSP, vendor management, contingent workforce, or recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of VMS systems and contingent hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, including requisition creation and onboarding, across APAC.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and submit qualified candidates through the VMS.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on MSP policies and VMS processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, onboarding new suppliers, and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Track, document, and resolve client and supplier issues with timely closure.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding requirements and readiness for assignment start dates.
