Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Representative to greet walk-in customers, promote products, and manage loan and cash processes.

You will maintain branch displays, collect required documents for HP loans or cash purchases, and ensure paperwork aligns with finance and MY Sikap requirements. The role involves daily cash handling, posters for promotions, inventory checks, and occasional support for events or other branches.

Competenze

• Experience in handling daily cash and banking responsibilities.
• Ability to collect documents for loan applications and deposits.
• Maintain motorcycle stock and ensure correct engine chassis numbers during checks.

Mansioni

• Open and close the roller shutter door daily.
• Monitor branch cleanliness and display bikes by brand/model.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide good service.
• Promote latest promotions and meet customer needs.
• Collect loan documents, deposits, and pass to admin; enter customer data in CAD system.
• Process cash payments, issue invoices, and register in MY Sikap system.
• Oversee delivery readiness including PDI coordination and paperwork.
• Post relevant advertisements on social media to attract customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and collect contact details.
• Handle daily cash deposits into company account.
