Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Representative to handle showroom duties, greet walk-in customers, and promote motorcycle promotions.

The role requires arranging bike displays, processing loan papers, and collecting deposits. You will also manage cash, register transactions in MY Sikap, and ensure customer profiles are complete. The position involves daily branch upkeep, data entry into CAD, coordination with Finance, and social media promotion to attract buyers.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
Ability to process loan applications and promotions.
Strong cash handling and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Open/close the branch shutter daily and maintain branch cleanliness.
Arrange and display bikes by brand/model; provide walk-in customer service.
Promote promotions and meet customer needs at point of sale.
Collect documents for HP loan applications and deposits; pass receipts to admin.
Enter customer data in the CAD system and coordinate with Finance.
Collect full down payments after loan approval and inform customers.
Process cash payments and pass to admin for registration in MY Sikap.
Ensure CHJ Customer Profile form is completed.
Check engine chassis numbers, prepare plate numbers, and arrange PDI.
Post relevant ads on social media; collect customer contacts for follow-up.
Cash in branch daily; perform daily follow-up if targets are not met.
