You will engage walk-in customers, promote promotions, process HP loan documents, collect deposits, and ensure accurate paperwork in CTOS and MY Sikap systems. Daily tasks include opening the shop, maintaining displays, and posting promotions on social media. Responsibilities

• Open and close the roller shutter door daily.
• Monitor the cleanliness of branch and display bikes.
• Arrange bikes by brand and model for display.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
• Promote promotions and meet customer needs.
• Collect documents for HP loan applications and downpayments.
• Record customer data in CTOS CAD System and My Sikap where needed.
• Post ads on FB, Instagram and WhatsApp to attract customers.
• Follow up with customers and keep stock records tidy.
• Handle cash deposits and banking daily.
