Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Representative in Malaysia to manage daily store operations, greet walk-in customers and promote promotions.

You will handle HP loan documentation, down payments, data entry in CAD, and coordinate with Finance for approvals and deliveries. For cash buyers, you will collect documents and deposits, enable registration in MY Sikap, and ensure CHJ Customer Profile forms are completed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the roller shutter door every day.
• Monitor branch cleanliness and display bikes by brand and model.
• Attend to walk-in customers with good customer service.
• Promote latest promotion packages and meet customer needs.
• Collect documents for HP loan applications and pass deposits to admin for booking receipts.
• Enter customer information in CAD system and inform customers when loan is approved and stock is available.
• For cash purchases, collect documents and deposits or full payment, settle and register on MY Sikap system.
• Ensure customer fills CHJ Customer Profile form.
• Before discharge, check engine chassis number, purchase petrol, prepare plate number and arrange Pre-Delivery Inspection.
• Post relevant advertisements on FB, Instagram, and WhatsApp to attract customers.
• Collect contact numbers from potential customers for follow-up.
• Daily cash deposits into company account and maintain a daily follow-up checklist if targets are not met.
• Weekly: follow up with potential customers, loan status, and stock checks for new arrivals.
• Monthly: follow up with stock with Sales Manager, contact customers about stock status, order plates and ensure sales targets.
• Supportive tasks: attend outdoor events, distribute promo flyers, cover for other branches, inform supervisor when on leave.
