Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Representative to assist walk-in customers, promote current promotions, and manage loan and cash transactions.

The role includes maintaining display bikes and assisting with documentation for HP loans as well as cash sales. You will collect documents, input data into CAD and MY Sikap systems, coordinate with Finance, and ensure proper registration and invoicing.

Qualifikationen

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
• Promote latest promotions and meet customer needs.
• Assist HP loan applicants by collecting documents and deposits.

Aufgaben

• Open and close the roller shutter door daily.
• Monitor branch cleanliness and display bikes by brand/model.
• Attend to customers and provide good service for walk-ins.
• Promote promotions and meet customer needs for sales.
• Collect loan documents from customers and pass to admin.
• Key in customer information in CAD system.
• Collect downpayment after loan approval and inform Finance.
• Collect documents and deposits for cash sales; handle registration and invoicing.
• Check engine chassis number, arrange Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
• Post advertisements on social media to attract customers.
• Record contact numbers for follow-up.
• Bank cash daily into company account.
• Follow up on sales targets daily.
