Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a sales representative to provide excellent customer service, promote promotions, handle HP loan documentation, collect deposits, and process cash sales. You will maintain bike displays, manage stock checks, and post promotions on social media.

The role includes daily cash handling and liaising with admin and finance to finalize loans and registrations. This position reports to the sales manager and requires a reliable, customer-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Provide excellent customer service for every walk-in customer.
• Promote latest promotions and understand customer needs.
• Collect documents and deposits for HP loan and cash sales.
• Enter customer information in CAD system accurately.
• Coordinate with Finance/ Admin for loan approvals and down payments.
• Post relevant promotions on social media to attract customers.

Aufgaben

• Open/close the shop and manage daily display of bikes.
• Assist customers with loan and cash purchases, collect deposits.
• Ensure correct motorbike stock, chassis numbers, and PDI arrangements.
• Record customer data in CTOS CAD system and issue receipts.
• Manage branch cash deposits daily.
