Job summary

Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a proactive Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers, promote current motorcycle promotions, and handle HP loan and cash purchase processes.

You will ensure stock display, proper documentation, and seamless registration in relevant systems while providing excellent service. Responsibilities include daily branch operations, social media promotion, and occasional support at events.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to promote promotions and meet customer needs.
• Experience collecting documents for HP loans and handling deposits.
• Capable of posting advertisements on social media and following up with customers.
• Able to verify motorcycle stock, plate numbers, and PDI coordination.

Responsibilities

• Open and close branch daily.
• Monitor cleanliness and display of bikes.
• Arrange bikes by brand/model.
• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers.
• Promote latest promotions and meet customer needs.
• For HP loans: collect documents, deposit, enter data into CAD system, coordinate with Finance.
• For cash sales: collect documents, deposit, generate invoice, register in MY Sikap.
• Attend to daily and weekly tasks including stock checks, catalog upkeep, and POS tasks.
• Support events and distribute promotional flyers.
• Replace other reps when absent; inform supervisor of leave.
