Job summary

Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative in Kedah to support daily branch operations, handle HP loan and cash purchases, and maintain vehicle displays.

You will collect documents, deposits, and input data into CAD and MY Sikap systems, while promoting promotions to walk-in customers. You will also post ads, follow up with prospects, ensure proper registrations, and participate in PDI coordination with the workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience handling HP loan applications and cash deposits.
• Ability to collect documents and navigate automotive sale processes.
• Familiar with CTOS CAD and MY Sikap systems used in branch operations.
• Attention to detail on vehicle identification numbers and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Open/close branch operations and oversee shop floor displays.
• Provide excellent walk-in customer service and promote promotions.
• Collect loan documentation, deposits, and input data into CAD system.
• Process cash deposits and handle daily branch cash reconciliations.
• Post advertisements on social media to attract customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and manage stock checks with the manager.
• Discharge procedures: check chassis numbers, prep plates, and coordinate PDI.
• Maintain neat catalog in branch and ensure accurate MY Sikap registrations.
• Attend to other sales support tasks as needed.
