• Handle incoming calls and customer feedback.
• Support indoor sales, product promotions and customer service.
• Prepare and maintain documents, records and filing systems.
• Update hire-purchase payment records and follow up on instalments.
• Compile and prepare documents for vehicle registration.
• Ensure all sales and customer records are complete and accurate.
