Job summary

New Chen Motor Credit Sdn. Bhd. is seeking energetic sales-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Johor Bahru.

You will recommend suitable motorcycles, explain features and financing options, and build lasting customer relationships through professional service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. A valid Malaysian driving licence (B2 or D preferred) is required, and weekend availability is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, responsible, self-motivated and target-driven
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence; B2 or D licence is preferred

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable new and pre-owned motorcycles based on customers' needs and budgets
• Explain product features, prices, financing packages, promotions and trade-in options
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and sincere service
• Follow up proactively on sales enquiries, potential leads and closing progress
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's performance
• Handle sales documentation and related applications accurately
• Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
• Participate in roadshows, marketing events and promotional campaigns
