Job summary

Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage daily branch operations, greet walk-in customers, promote promotions and assist with loan documentation. You will ensure clean displays, process deposits, and input customer data into the system while coordinating with Finance and Admin.

The role requires proactive customer service, accurate cash handling, and active promotion of the company’s motorcycle lineup across channels. Based in Kedah, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to promote promotions and upsell products.
• Accurate cash handling and daily banking responsibilities.
• Diligent collection of required loan documents from customers.
• Capable of documenting customer information and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the branch shutters daily.
• Monitor branch cleanliness and display motorcycles by brand/model.
• Attend to walk-in customers with friendly service.
• Promote latest promotions and meet customer needs.
• Process HP loan documents and collect deposits for booking.
• Enter customer data into CAD/CTOS system and issue receipts.
• Handle cash deposits and maintain daily banking.
• Update branch catalog and ensure motorcycles are stock-ready.
• Post relevant promotions on social media to attract customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and collect contact details.
