Qualifications

• Attending to customer inquiries and providing good service.
• Promoting latest promotions to customers.
• Handling loan applications and related document collection.
• Processing cash payments and deposits.
• Managing motorcycle display and cleanliness in-branch.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the roller shutter daily.
• Monitor branch cleanliness and bike displays.
• Arrange bikes by brand and model.
• Assist walk-in customers with service and promotions.
• Handle HP loan paperwork and collect deposits for booking.
• Enter customer data into CAD system and coordinate with Finance and Admin.
• Process cash transactions and issue invoices/registrations in MY Sikap.
• Verify engine numbers, prep vehicles, and coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection.
• Post advertisements on social media to attract customers.
• Collect contact details for follow-up and daily cash deposit at branch.
• Follow up on loan and stock status and maintain branch catalogs.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.
