You will manage daily outreach via calls and digital channels, aiming to achieve the monthly gross premium target while delivering quality service and timely reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and data tracking.
• Familiar with insurer portals (Etiqa Takaful, Allianz, Zurich).
• Experience with lead management and customer support systems (Chatwoot, OS Ticket).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and messages for insurance enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and insurance policy requests per customer needs.
• Follow up on policy renewals and new policies; manage relationships.
• Achieve monthly gross premium target and meet sales targets.
• Prepare and present reports on policies and costs; maintain records.
