Job summary

Melinau Auto Sdn Bhd, a new authorised PROTON dealer located at Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, is seeking a Renewals Specialist to assist vehicle owners with motor insurance renewals via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You will prepare renewal quotations, explain coverages, highlight policy updates, and handle customer inquiries. The role includes upselling related products, maintaining accurate records, and meeting monthly renewal and sales targets with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to vehicle owners to remind and assist with renewing motor insurance via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Prepare renewal quotations, explain coverages, highlight policy updates or benefits, and handle customer inquiries.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products where applicable to increase customer value and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and update VSS systems or sales tracking tools.
• Meet monthly renewal and sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all cover notes issued are paid promptly.

Prepare renewal quotations, explain coverages, highlight any policy updates or benefits, and handle customer inquiries.

Suggest additional insurance products where applicable (upselling and cross-selling) to enhance customer value and retention.

Maintain accurate records of customer communications and update VSS systems or sales tracking tools.

Meet monthly renewal and sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure all cover notes issued are paid promptly without delay.
