Responsibilities

• Contact existing and new customers to remind about motor insurance renewal and upsell products.
• Perform sales conversations using the script for motor and non-motor products to ensure campaign consistency.
• Prepare quotations, explain benefits, and persuade customers to renew or purchase insurance.
• Follow up with customers via telephone, email, SMS and WhatsApp and answer questions.
