Job summary

Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Moulding Technician to support daily molding machine conversions, tool setup, and robotic troubleshooting. The role includes training operators and monitoring performance to sustain production flow.

You should have a certificate/SPM and at least 1 year in molding manufacturing, with strong injection-molding parameter adjustment, problem solving, and the ability to work shifts in a hot environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ SPM level required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in molding manufacturing line.
• Strong in horizontal plastic injection molding process parameter adjustment.
• Strong in injection molding machine problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work in a hot environment.
• Able to work shifts (7:00AM- 7:00PM / 7:00PM- 7:00AM).
• Prefer candidate who are not smoker or heavy smoker.

Responsibilities

• Work on daily molding machine conversion.
• Set up tooling.
• Set up robotic & troubleshooting cosmetic defect.
• Train and provide guidance and monitor performance of production operators.
• Understand and capable operate molding machine basic function.
• Support production in minimizing molding machine downtime, thermolator, dryer, crusher & robot arm downtime.
