Job summary

Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a process engineer in Penang to stabilize and optimize production processes, improve yields, and develop control procedures. You will collaborate with line technicians and QA, analyze yield data, and support training material preparation.

The role requires an engineering degree and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply to join a leading connector manufacturer with ISO-certified facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up and establish new standards for process stabilization and optimization (procedure, control plan, SOP, FMEA, WI, form).
• Repalletized process control.
• Responsible for process yield improvement.
• Compile and analyze yield reports.
• Monitor production waste/scrap daily and generate weekly reports.
• Troubleshoot with line technicians and provide problem solving (fine-tune problems and develop solutions).
• Respond to internal and external audits, and follow up actions until closure.
• Assist in establishing production process control procedures.
• Assist in optimizing production/process running.
• Work with QA on product quality matters (customer feedback).
• Support internal training and training manual preparation (WI and OPL).

Job description

Responsible follow up and establish new standard for process stabilizing and optimization (procedure, control plan, SOP, FMEA, WI, form).

Repalletized process control.

Responsible for Process yield improvement.

Compile and analyses yield report

Responsible daily monitor and control production waste /scrap and generate weekly report

Follow up and trouble shooting together with line technicians, if found any abnormality. Provide problem solving (fine tune problem and develop the solution).

Respond to internal and external audits, actions follow- up till closure

Assist in establish production process control procedure.

Assist in optimize production / process running.

Work with QA on product quality related matter (especially customer feedback).

To support internal training and training manual preparation

WI and OPL preparation
