Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Moulding Technician to support our client's plastic injection molding operations in Malaysia.

You will set up, adjust, and operate molding machines, monitor processes, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring product quality and records accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3k-4k MYR monthly, with health insurance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience with plastic injection molding machines.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to improving machine performance.
• Hands-on technician with molding process experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate plastic injection molding machines according to production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molding machines to prevent downtime.
• Monitor the molding process to ensure product quality and identify areas for process improvement.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain efficiency and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
