Job summary

ENTEGRIS ( M ) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced technician to support engineers and production in plastic injection molding. The role focuses on selecting tools, materials and methods for manufacturing, diagnosing process problems, and implementing improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Key requirements include a Diploma/Certificate in Plastic Injection Molding and five years’ experience with MTC and robotic fixtures.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Plastic Injection Molding or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience with plastic injection molding.
Experience with molding equipment such as MTC and robotic fixtures.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintain quality and safety standards in production.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to engineers and the production team.
Troubleshoot plastic injection molding processes to identify root causes and advise on tooling, equipment and processes.
Conduct continuous improvement projects to optimize molding processes and meet customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure production products meet quality requirements.
Attend technical issues in production and ensure on-time customer shipments.
