Job summary

Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Channel Development for the Modern Off-Trade channel to drive strategic planning and execution. You will align channel, customer, and brand priorities with Brand and Sales, ensuring on-time and impactful initiatives.

You will monitor performance, translate insights into actionable plans, and partner with stakeholders to optimize budget and delivery. This role offers growth within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, commerce or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of channel marketing and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in FMCG channel activation and trade programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel plans and translate strategies into actionable execution plans.
• Lead channel marketing activation and track performance to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities.
• Partner with Sales to implement channel initiatives and bring Carlsberg brands to life in MOFT.
• Monitor channel performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Identify customer insights and market trends to support growth initiatives.
