You will perform component-level repairs, replace screens and batteries, and troubleshoot OS issues. Strong customer service and multilingual abilities are valued, with a six-day work week.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mobile hardware repair and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with motherboard repairs and component replacement.
• Retail operations experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and other languages.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Disciplined, self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones using diagnostic tools and knowledge to identify root causes.
• Perform component-level repairs including soldering/desoldering on mobile phone boards.
• Replace damaged components (screens, batteries, cameras, ports) ensuring functionality and quality.
• Troubleshoot software issues, OS errors, app malfunctions, connectivity with flashing/debugging.
• Provide clear repair explanations and professional customer communication.
• Maintain repair records, parts used, and customer interactions in a computer system.
• Stay updated on mobile technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.
