Job summary

RHB Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Team Leader, Business Development Manager (PLM) – Mobile to spearhead growth across the mobile portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in line with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, guiding sales performance, mentoring the team, coordinating with marketing, product, operations, and IT, and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the mobile portfolio and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and drive team sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Coach and develop a team of Business Development Managers; conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors; align objectives with Marketing, Product, Operations and IT teams.
• Track, report and provide insights on business performance, pipeline and sales activities, ensuring governance.
