Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in mobile phone hardware repair and software troubleshoot.
• Hands on experience handling motherboard issue will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to perform component replacement on mobile devices accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in retails operation will be highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English/multilingual communication is an added advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify root causes.
• Perform component-level repairs including soldering and desoldering of microchips and connectors on mobile boards.
• Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, cameras, and charging ports, ensuring proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues including OS errors and connectivity problems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions in a computerized system.
