Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones using diagnostic tools.
- Perform component-level repairs including soldering and desoldering.
- Replace damaged components such as screens and batteries and ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot software issues and perform flashing as needed.
- Provide clear customer communication and maintain repair records.
- Stay updated with latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
