Job summary

Ambition is seeking a hands-on M365 professional for a 12-month contract based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. You will own Entra ID operations and provide L2/L3 support across the Microsoft 365 suite, including design and troubleshooting of Conditional Access policies and SSO integrations.

You'll automate identity operations with PowerShell and Graph API, handle incidents, and collaborate in a hybrid enterprise environment with medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a technical L2/L3 support role covering Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on with at least three: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Entra ID, or Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills including log analysis and root-cause resolution.
• PowerShell proficiency; Graph API familiarity is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID.
• Design and troubleshoot Conditional Access policies aligned to Zero Trust.
• Lead SSO integrations and enforce MFA at scale.
• Perform root-cause analysis and maintain knowledge base.
• Automate identity operations via PowerShell and Graph API.

If you're a hands-on M365 professional with strong Entra ID expertise, this 12-month contract could be your next move. Based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, you'll join a global healthcare organisation providing L2/L3 support across the full Microsoft 365 suite and owning the Entra ID platform operationally.

The Role

From daily BAU support to continuous improvement, here's where you'll focus:

• Delivering L2/L3 support across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and M365 Apps
• Designing and troubleshooting Conditional Access policies in line with Zero Trust principles
• Leading SSO integrations for internal and third-party applications and enforcing MFA at scale
• Performing root-cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes, and maintaining knowledge base documentation
• Automating identity operations and admin tasks via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Monitoring service health and coordinating stakeholder communications where required
• Supporting rollout changes, feature updates, and minor projects across the M365 platform

What We're Looking For

Here's the profile we have in mind:

• 3-7 years in a technical L2/L3 support role covering Microsoft technologies, with M365 exposure
• Hands-on experience with at least three of: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Entra ID, or Intune
• Strong structured troubleshooting skills - log analysis, hypothesis testing, and root-cause resolution
• PowerShell proficiency; Microsoft Graph API familiarity is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, MS-700, or SC-300) preferred
