Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to deliver L2/L3 enterprise support across Microsoft 365. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage identity and access, and develop automation workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include administering Entra ID, building Power Automate solutions, and supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune. Strong problem solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
3–7 years of enterprise Microsoft tech experience.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services incl. Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Apps.
Administer and troubleshoot Entra ID/Azure AD: user/group management, MFA, SSO, CA, RBAC, Enterprise Apps, and hybrid identity.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
Build Power Automate automation for SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and approvals.
Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Outlook, rules, and incidents.
Support Teams meetings, collaboration, device issues, and calling.
Manage SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, sharing, and syncing.
Manage Intune enrollment, policies, configuration, and apps.
Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
