Job summary

Wolfspeed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an M365 specialist to manage Exchange Online mailboxes, groups, and mail flow, plus SharePoint and OneDrive sites with proper permissions and quotas.

You will handle Entra ID identity tasks, governance, conditional access, and periodic access reviews, while enforcing retention and compliance policies across workloads. The role includes incident response, eDiscovery, and supporting tenant migrations and audits.

Job description

This role manages Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow and transport rules, and administers SharePoint and OneDrive sites including storage quotas, external sharing controls, and permission structures. It handles Entra ID identity tasks, group governance, conditional access support, and periodic access reviews, manages license assignment and optimization, and executes tenant configuration changes through the established change process. The specialist applies retention, data protection, sensitivity labelling, and compliance policies across M365 workloads, monitors service health, responds to incidents, and communicates impact and workarounds to affected users. Mail delivery, spam, and phishing reports are investigated in partnership with the security team, and the role supports migrations and tenant changes such as mailbox moves, site provisioning, and data reorganization. The specialist also runs eDiscovery, legal hold, and audit-log requests raised by compliance, HR, or legal stakeholders, and reports on tenant usage, adoption, and license consumption to guide renewals and rightsizing.
